Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most of our regular clients are at work while we clean. We will arrange access however suits you, by key, lockbox or smart lock, and every visit is logged.

Are your cleaners police-checked and insured?

Yes. Every cleaner is police-checked, directly employed, and covered by our public liability and WorkSafe insurance. We are Labour Hire Authority licensed (VICLHL09435).

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, commercial-grade equipment and products come with us. If you would prefer we use your own products for allergies or delicate surfaces, just say so.

Do you do end of lease and bond cleans?

Yes. Our end of lease cleans are built to the agent’s checklist, and we will return free of charge if the inspection flags anything we missed.

Can you clean ovens, windows and carpets too?

Yes, ovens, interior and exterior windows, and truck-mounted carpet steam cleaning. Bundle them into a regular clean or book them as a one-off.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within a week. If your current cleaner has stopped showing up, tell us, same-week starts are common.

What if I am not happy with a clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no charge. No lock-in contracts. We keep the work by being good, not by tying you in.
