Excluded by default: carpet steam cleaning (separate add-on), external windows above ground floor, garages/sheds, gutters, garden tidy, pest control and mould remediation. We can add any of these at a fixed extra cost.

Yes, but expect a higher quote. We’ll quote based on the photos, then re-quote after move-out if access turns out easier or harder than expected.
