A standard 200m² driveway is 2–3 hours including pre-treatment. A retail-centre car park is usually 6–12 hours overnight. Large industrial yards may run across 2–3 nights.
Yes. Oil: hot-water pressure plus surfactant degreasers. Gum: scraping plus low-pressure steam. Graffiti: low-pressure soft-wash with graffiti remover (test patch first). Some deep stains lighten but don’t fully disappear — we’ll be honest at quoting.
