We pre-treat the grout lines with an alkaline degreaser, high-pressure hot-water extract the tile face and grout channels, neutralise the surface, and squeegee-dry. We handle ceramic, porcelain, terracotta, slate, stone and limestone. Sealing offered as an add-on.
In most cases yes – heavily soiled grout typically lightens 4-6 shades and tile surfaces come up clean and matte / gloss as originally finished. Severely cracked or permanently stained grout may need replacement; we’ll tell you upfront if that’s the case.
Optional add-on. We apply a penetrating water-based grout sealer that protects against staining and water ingress for 18-24 months. Highly recommended for kitchens, bathrooms and high-traffic foot zones.

Yes. Outdoor pavers, entry tiles, courtyards and tiled balconies all in scope. We use a different equipment setup (more pressure, mould treatment) for exterior because the soiling profile is different – moss, lichen, weather grime rather than indoor traffic.
Per square metre with a minimum call-out, or as a fixed quote for jobs over ~50 sqm. Pricing depends on tile type, soiling level, access (multi-level, narrow doors), sealing add-on and after-hours timing.
High-traffic commercial floors typically need a deep clean every 6-12 months on top of daily mopping. Kitchens and bathrooms more often – quarterly is common. Daily mopping alone won’t reach the grout porosity where dirt builds up.
Yes. Mould in bathroom grout is treated with an anti-microbial; soap scum needs an acidic descaler; grease in commercial kitchens needs a heavy alkaline degreaser. We test the tile first to make sure the chemistry is safe for the surface.
Yes. Most of our commercial tile and grout work happens after close or on weekends so the area is dry and walkable before staff return. Early-morning and overnight bookings available.
